The first four hour workshop was conducted on July 28, 2004 at the Indiana Wesleyan University Conference Center-Fort Wayne.
The program was financed by local Corporate donations therefore provided to the teachers at no cost.
. Program is a 4 hour workshop, classroom materials and private classroom follow-up coaching session.
After two years of developement time, two pilot workshops were completed for elementary teachers at two schools during March and April.
Goal is to reduce teacher turnover due to burn out of 12/14 hr. work days.
Results--gained 3 to 4 hrs. per week, better organized, more control, less stress and clean organized class rooms. Daily student learning time was impacted. |
