Profile – Kenneth Lewis   Coach



Ken Lewis is founder and coach of a company that focuses on Lean Time Management/Organization Skills training programs. The Company has been in business since 1988 and has over 3,000 program graduates in 28 states.


Ken designed and provides a non-traditional Lean Time Management/Organization skills training and coaching program. The program teaches people how to manage information in order to gain increased productivity. 


The program was designed for the busy professional that is seeking a practical system approach of gaining control of their business and personal life which includes 5s and Lean process concepts. 


Ken gained over 30 years experience in Design Engineering, Human Resources, and Quality Programs prior to starting his own business. 


Ken is a graduate of Indiana-Purdue University Fort Wayne where he received a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Management.  He is also a graduate of the Indiana University Executive Management Program.  Received a Journeyman’s Certificate from the Federal Bureau of Labor in Machine Design.  Is a certified facilitator by the Friesen, Kaye and Associates International certification program.  Graduate of Ball State University Certified Training Consultant Institute. Graduate of Fast Trac II Entrepreneurial Management Program.
